We do high-end, low-volume, bespoke chocolate confectionery handmade in Leeds, as well as workshops, home parties and classes. Chocolates are available for purchase in the Fabrication shop on Albion St.

Hi Folks! This month's news is a biggie!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we're packing up shop for the time being. It's for a very exciting reason, though: we're moving to Scotland! Unfortunately this does mean we'll have to take a break until we're all settled.

Existing commitments will be fine (so if I've said you're getting chocs for your wedding that's all still going ahead) but we can't take on any new work for the forseeable.

It also means we're leaving Fabrication at the start of June (sob!) which we're really sad about, because they have been *amazing* to us over the years and without their encouragement we wouldn't have picked up our first box order. Please continue to support them as they do brilliant work for small crafty biz and if we've ever inspired you to make chocs professionally they'll be needing someone to pick up the baton we're leaving behind.

We'll be back, in some form, sooner or later - and in the meantime thank you all very much for your support, feedback and purchases that kept us afloat. Keep an eye on this page and we'll let you know what's next as soon as we can.

PS, on May 30th Kapow! Coffee on the Calls are having a birthday party, where you'll get a free espresso truffle with a coffee (until they run out).

We did a class at Quarry House, and it was huge fun. We made so many chocolates!

I spent a week in a chocolate factory!

I had an amazing week at the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Banbury, and learned a lot about what I was doing right (and wrong!) with chocolate. There were amazing people, incredible tutors and more chocolate than I knew what to do with (almost).

Returning with a tonne of ideas I spent some time refining things and working on plans (and paperwork), and raring to go.

This course would not have been possible to attend without the amazing people at Keylink - hopefully this video will help explain. Thanks, folks!
